Seeing Double/Triple

If some of you thought you were soooo stressed that you were seeing double during VIBE on friday, haha, not to worry, you weren't! Just so happened there were similar t-shirts going round!

We had a great time of talking about stress and learning how we can deal with it!

I AM STRESSED!!!

I'm feeling stressed because I have soooo much to do! Are you stressed? Exams coming? Arrghhhh!!!

This Friday at VIBE we're going talk about STRESS! The type that makes straight hair frizzy and curly hair straight. The type that makes oily skin dry and dry skin oily. They type that makes dancers stiffen and non-dancers spin around in circles. The type that makes introverts turn into noisy loudspeakers and makes extroverts into quiet longans. (how do longans fit in?)

So join us this Friday, 21Nov, 830pm at our usual place (see map at the side)!

Today one question we asked was are we a thermostat or a thermometer when it comes to peer pressure. Are we a thermometer that follows along negative peer pressure or are a thermostat that sets the right positive behaviours and provides positive peer pressure!
